In August of 2025, the Bishops of the Old Catholic Communion issued a Pastoral Letter and Call To Action regarding the injustices perpetrated by the current Presidential Administration. This Call To Action is meant to be a study guide and resource for parishes and members.

In February of 2025, the Bishops of the Old Catholic Communion issued a pastoral letter in solidarity with Pope Francis and denouncing President Trump's authorization to allow ICE (Immigration) Agents to conduct ICE activities in churches, which violates the historical concept of churches being considered as a sanctuary and safe space.
